What are the Shipping and Return Policies?

Shipping
CapeFearJewelers.com can only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS TO P.O. BOXES, NOR DO WE ACCEPT P.O. BOX ADDRESSES FOR BILLING ADDRESSES.
For each order with a street address within the United States, the order will be shipped via either FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service. For your protection, all orders totaling $1,000 or more will only be sent to the billing address associated with your account.
We do not currently offer an in-store pick-up of merchandise ordered online. If you have seen something on our website that you wish to order and pick up in person at our store, located at 102 East Moore Street in Southport, NC, please contact us at 910-457-5299.
PLEASE NOTE: All state & local tax rates apply. Sales tax is determined by the state and zip code to which you are delivering your order, and is calculated based on the total cost of your order.
When your order will ship
Provided your items are in stock, they will ship out within four days of purchase. For special-order or made-to-order items, it make take up to four weeks for delivery. Choice of the shipping carrier is at our discretion. The carriers that we use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please consider the following:
    •    Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
    •    Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    •    If you require expedited shipping, please call us at 910-457-5299 for charges.

$6 for orders under $200. Free shipping for orders over $200.
Returns
Since most items ordered from CapeFearJewelers.com are special orders, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Merchandise you order through our website cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturer defect.
